Hey there! So, you’d like to know more about me? Well, a one-page resume just wouldn’t do justice, so naturally, I made an entire website dedicated to talking about myself (I swear, I’m not that full of myself). As someone who’s always loved writing and storytelling, I just had to make the best use of this opportunity so if you don’t mind, give me a few minutes of your time and let me take you on a quick tour of my life—one that’s equal parts ambition, curiosity, creativity, with a touch of attempted humour.
Born and raised in Bangalore, India, I come from a city buzzing with life, culture, and stories waiting to be told. Growing up in the vibrant environment of Bishop Cotton School, I was shaped by a legacy of excellence that instilled in me a deep sense of curiosity and ambition. From lively classroom debates to competitive Model United Nations conferences, my early years were defined by my eagerness to understand the world—its politics, economics, and the interconnected narratives that bind us together.
Life took a transformative turn when I moved halfway across the globe to San Francisco to pursue my education at the University of San Francisco. Transitioning from Bangalore to the heart of California was more than just a geographical shift—it was a journey of growth, self-discovery, and expanding horizons. Here, I found myself navigating the intricacies of a new culture while building on the lessons I carried from home.
Currently, I’m a senior pursuing a degree in Business Analytics and Economics, a combination that fuels my innate curiosity and equips me with the tools to connect data-driven decisions to real-world impact. I’ve always been drawn to working with people—not just to achieve goals, but to create something meaningful together, something that stands the test of time.
What excites me most is the process of building. Whether it’s solving a complex problem, planning a community event, or collaborating with a team to bring an idea to life, I find immense joy in the journey. For me, it’s not just about the result—it’s about the connections we forge along the way and the shared moments of inspiration that make the process worthwhile.
As someone who believes in bringing positive energy wherever I go, I strive to create spaces where people feel valued, inspired, and empowered. Whether it’s through a perfectly timed joke (mediocre but charming, of course) or an act of encouragement, I aim to leave people smiling and spaces better than I found them.
Beyond academics and leadership roles, I’m a passionate sports enthusiast—a proud FC Barcelona fan and an ardent lover of Test cricket. I’m also a self-proclaimed foodie who experiments with fusion cooking and a movie buff who enjoys everything from 80s gangster classics to 2000s rom-coms. These passions remind me to always explore, experiment, and appreciate the little joys in life.
Above all, I believe in the power of curiosity, ambition, passion, collaboration, and drive—yes, you’ll probably notice these words pop up a lot throughout this website. And while I know they might sound like classic buzzwords you’d find in any motivational LinkedIn post, I promise they’re not just fillers to me. These ideas genuinely shape the way I approach life, work, and the people around me. They’re not just concepts I throw around—they’re values I try to live by every day, even if it means I sound like an overenthusiastic self-help book at times.
So, if you notice me weaving these words into everything I write and do, it’s not because I’m trying to hit a keyword quota—it’s because they genuinely reflect what drives me and makes me the person I am. And hey, if you make it through this website without rolling your eyes at least once, I’ll consider that a win!
So from Bangalore to San Francisco, my journey has been about growth, resilience, and discovery. And this is just the beginning—welcome to my story.

This certification provided me with hands-on experience in building and interpreting financial models, preparing me for roles in finance, investment banking, and corporate strategy.
Joining Phi Delta Theta in my freshman spring semester of January 2022 was one of the most pivotal moments of my college journey. At the time, I was simply looking for a sense of community—a place where I could find mentorship and friendship as I navigated a new chapter of life. What I didn’t expect was how quickly this decision would turn into a deep commitment to leadership, innovation, and personal growth.
My first major step within the fraternity was as Treasurer, a role that taught me far more than just balancing a budget. I dove headfirst into the fraternity’s operations, learning the intricacies of financial management while creating systems to ensure stability and sustainability for the chapter.
But my journey didn’t stop there. My passion for creating meaningful experiences led me to take on the role of Social Chairman, a position that gave me the opportunity to turn ideas into unforgettable memories. From negotiating a groundbreaking partnership with “The Bayzbackyard” to organizing events like “Phiday Tropics” and “Phiday Night Fright,” I found joy in bringing people together.
When I was elected President, it felt like the culmination of everything I had worked toward. Leading the chapter was both a challenge and a privilege, one that pushed me to grow in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Under my leadership, we grew our membership, achieved a budget surplus, and built on the legacy of those who came before us. Phi Delta Theta’s motto, “I will strive in all ways to transmit the fraternity greater than it was transmitted to me,” became a guiding principle—one that I carried with pride and purpose.
My journey through Phi Delta Theta has been one of transformation. It taught me how to lead with integrity, how to collaborate with others, and how to turn vision into reality. But most importantly, it showed me that leadership isn’t just about titles or accomplishments—it’s about the impact you leave behind and the connections you build along the way. For me, Phi Delta Theta isn’t just a fraternity—it’s where I discovered the values that I strive to bring into every part of my life. – Add diversity
Organizing events and creating unforgettable experiences has always been something I’ve loved. In high school, I got my first taste of it by helping organize Resurgence, the country’s largest commerce and economics fest, and Cottons MUN, one of the biggest Model United Nations conferences. I loved the energy, the teamwork, and the satisfaction of seeing something you’ve planned come to life. But it wasn’t until I joined Phi Delta Theta that I truly realized how much of a passion it was for me.
When the Social Chairman position unexpectedly opened up during my time as Treasurer, I stepped in to help, not knowing how much it would change me. From organizing events like “Phi Day Night Fright,” “Phiami Beach,” and “Phi Day Tropics,” I found myself not just managing details but truly enjoying the process of turning ideas into memorable experiences. We sold over 1,000 tickets per event, generating $50,000 in revenue and $5,000 in profits—but what mattered most was the sense of community we built and the joy these events brought to people especially to the students of the University of San Francisco.
One of my proudest moments was forming a partnership with Bayzbackyard, a well-known event company, to create unique event experiences like “The Boiler Room” and “Country Night” at Origin, a top San Francisco club. It was the first collaboration of its kind between a fraternity and Bayzbackyard, and it set a new bar for what fraternity events could be.
These experiences ignited my passion for various aspects of business—from negotiations and marketing to event planning and financial management Looking back, these experiences weren’t just about planning events—they were about learning to lead, collaborate, and create something bigger than myself. I loved seeing how every detail came together to create moments people would remember. It’s something I’ve carried with me ever since: a passion for building connections, bringing ideas to life, and making every experience meaningful.
During my freshman year at the University of San Francisco, one of the first things I did after moving in was run for President of the Residence Hall Council—a decision driven by my eagerness to get involved and make a meaningful impact on my new community. The residence hall housed over 500 students, and stepping into this role was both exciting and challenging. It gave me the opportunity to lead bi-weekly meetings, collaborate with fellow council members, and organize events throughout the academic year to foster a sense of belonging among residents.
Some of the events we organized included a Christmas Potluck Dinner, a Dorm Movie Night, a Pong Tournament, and a Welcome Back Social, among others. These events brought residents together, creating moments of connection and community. From brainstorming event ideas to executing plans, this role allowed me to grow as a leader and taught me the importance of creating spaces where everyone feels welcome. It was my first taste of college involvement, and it set the tone for my drive to lead, organize, and contribute meaningfully throughout my time at USF.
During my time at the University of San Francisco, one really transformative experience was running for President of the Student Body through the ASUSF Senate. Out of many candidates, I made it to the final two, embarking on a campaign that pushed me far beyond my comfort zone. Though I ultimately lost to a highly capable competitor, the experience was invaluable. Running a campaign across the entire student body taught me the importance of initiative, resilience, and putting yourself out there—even when the outcome is uncertain.
I learned how to connect with people, build a support base, and share my vision for our campus community. More importantly, I realized that leadership isn’t just about winning; it’s about stepping up, taking risks, and embracing the process. This experience reinforced a lesson I’ll carry with me: true growth happens when you have the courage to take the first step, regardless of the result.
During my time as a University Ambassador at the University of San Francisco, I had the privilege of serving as both a student representative and a leader on campus. This role went beyond being an on-campus job; it was an opportunity to connect with prospective students and families, share my USF experience, and help others envision their future within our vibrant community.
This position is one of the most sought-after and competitive roles on campus, and I was honoured to be selected as part of a chosen group of student representatives. Being a University Ambassador was more than just a job—it signified a role as a student leader on campus and a trusted representative of the university. It came with a variety of responsibilities, from one-on-one conversations with prospective students to managing logistics for large-scale events, all while representing the university with pride and professionalism. This experience taught me how to communicate effectively, adapt to diverse audiences, and take initiative as a leader. Above all, it was incredibly rewarding to play a pivotal role in shaping the decisions of future USF students and their families as they began their journeys.
You might be curious to know what this is about, so let me let you in a little more. From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by the profound impact of politics, economics, and philosophy on the world around us. I’ve always been drawn to understanding how societies are governed, how economies influence our lives, and how philosophical ideas shape decision-making. This curiosity took shape in 8th grade when I participated in my first Model United Nations (MUN) conference. It was here that I discovered a platform to explore these ideas further and develop skills that would define much of my growth.
MUN became more than just an activity—it was a passion that shaped my confidence and perspective. In 11th grade I went on to become the Head Delegate of my school’s MUN team, leading Bishop Cotton’s delegation to some of the most prestigious MUN conferences in the world. One of my proudest achievements was leading our team to victory at both the Ivy League Model United Nations and the Harvard Model United Nations, where we competed against some of the brightest minds globally. As someone who once nervously took the floor at my first MUN, standing alongside my peers as we brought home these victories felt like a full-circle moment.
One of my greatest dreams was to serve as the Secretary-General of my alma mater’s MUN conference, a role I admired for years. Last year, I had the immense honour of fulfilling that dream, leading one of the country’s most prestigious MUN conferences. It was a moment of pride and gratitude, giving back to a program that had given me so much and allowing me to inspire the next generation of delegates.
These experiences taught me more than just how to debate or draft resolutions. They shaped my perspective on leadership, problem-solving, and the power of teamwork. Politics, economics, and philosophy remain passions that drive me to explore, understand, and contribute meaningfully to the world around me. Whether it’s through a heated debate or a quiet moment of reflection, I carry with me the lessons I’ve learned and the belief that even the smallest actions can create meaningful change.
Accomplishments-
Model United Nations (MUN):
Growing up in a family where business wasn’t just a profession but a way of life, I was immersed in the idea of creating, managing, and growing something meaningful from a young age. It was at the dinner table, in weekend conversations, and in the stories of challenges and triumphs that I first understood the rhythm of business—the highs, the lows, and the undeniable excitement of building something from the ground up. Yet, as much as I’ve admired the legacy of business in my family, I’ve always felt a deep desire to carve my own path, to make a name for myself, and to leave my own mark in the business world.
My love for working in fields like finance, economics, or data analysis comes from this core desire to connect the dots, find solutions, and create impact. In high school, I found myself naturally stepping into roles where I could organize, lead, and bring ideas to life. Whether it was planning events or managing teams, I discovered the joy of building something from the ground up and the satisfaction of seeing it succeed. By college, these experiences evolved into a deeper understanding of how businesses work and how leaders can use resources, strategy, and creativity to drive meaningful results.
All the experiences I have talked about so far in this website have taught me that leadership isn’t just about giving direction; it’s about inspiring others, empowering teams, and having the vision to see the bigger picture.
In every aspect of my life, I’ve sought to build, organize, and lead—not just because it comes naturally, but because it gives me a profound sense of purpose. This isn’t just a skill—it’s a mindset I carry into every role I take. My journey is still unfolding, but one thing remains certain: I’ll continue to approach every opportunity with the same curiosity, passion, and ambition that have shaped my story so far.
The business world is vast, dynamic, and full of challenges—and I’m ready to dive in, lead with purpose, and turn ideas into impact, all while creating meaningful change and maybe, a little profit along the way
Sports have always been a defining part of who I am, both as a player and a fan. I love playing soccer—it’s a game that fuels my energy and brings out my competitive side. As a die-hard FC Barcelona supporter, you can catch me defending every decision they make (no matter how questionable). And as someone who likes to call myself a Bay Area local, it goes without saying that the Golden State Warriors are my basketball team. So, if you have tickets to a game, please remember me—thank you in advance! Oh, and one more thing: I love my Test cricket. If you’re wondering what that is, don’t worry—I’ve written an entire heartfelt essay about its beauty (yes, it’s worth a read). Sports, whether played or followed, give me discipline, inspiration, and a sense of belonging I cherish deeply.
I have a soft spot for 80s gangster classics and 2000s rom-coms—polar opposites, I know, but they both hold a certain magic. Whether it’s the gritty storytelling of a mob drama or the light-hearted charm of a rom-com, movies offer me the perfect escape. Some of my favourite movies include:
Goodfellas, The wolf of wall street, Good will hunting, The dark night, Zindagi Na Milegi Doobara, Whiplash, How to lose a guy in 10 days, Crazy stupid love
Some albums I really like are: One thing at a time by morgan wallen, Good kid mad city by Kendrick, 1989 by taylor swift, Kabir singh, AM by acrtic monkeys, ten days by fred again, Currents by tame impala, Viva la vida by coldplay, Cleopatra by The lumineers
